Our architect gave us an estimate of the fee. It requires for the work as architect and a construction supervisor overall 75' 000 Fr. inclusive VAT. Does this fee correspond to usual practice?

- Fee-entitled costs (exkl. VAT) 511' 800 Fr. with a building sum BKP2-4 of 655' 600 Fr.
- Degree of difficulty 0.9
- Factor with discount 20% = 0.8
- Achievement portion of 100%
- Basic percentage 19% = 0.19

511' 800 Fr. x 0,19 x 0,9 x 0,8 = 70' 014 Fr. (exkl. VAT)

We got thus 20% of the SIA 102-Honorar

I would like to still notice with the fact that the costs are overall and it accompanies us with the selection of kitchen, bath, ground etc.

we concern ourselves for some time with the topic house buying, first have we only used looked at.

Minergie p ECO EFH

We are current at building a Minergie p ECO of house. I reported already briefly in other place of the forum (members to place itself forwards) on it. Structure of the terrace with Naurstein

I hope it can me someone help!!! : confused:

The following:
We are to be arranged about our terrace and/or occupied with natural stone.
Our GU applied a Gefällsüberzug on the raw concrete cover (see pictures) which now downward gradients of approx. 2% has.
After drainage of this coat (approx. 3 weeks) it applied a twice painting of bitumen now. On this painting it moved still another black fleece, which is to protect the painting. (This kind of structure was not so far so well-known me, naja)

Our idea was, which we move on the sealing a Travertin, which loose is to be moved, so that water can escape also under the plates.

Since I come a little of the subject, I inquired about a Drinage, which derives the water better and also the natural stone before stopping flowering, Verunkrautung etc. to protect is.

After the inspection of the specialist my assumption was confirmed. It meant to be welded on the terrace, that was to be treated like a flat roof, one at least 2 lagige bitumen layer must.
Besides this must be pulled up at the front, in order to avoid damage to the front.

After consultation with our GU, this meant (easily made nervous) which we would have a WU-concrete, which does not have to be sealed additionally.

Now my questions: : o
1. White someone as thickly a WU-concrete thick to be must, which is he a WU-concrete?
2. Can one improve a WU-concrete with additive of chemistry?
3. Does someone have an advice, how the structure of terrace has to look?
4. How does it look out with bitumen courses or is enough a painting?

Swisscom does not get ADSL in the new house

We are now 2 weeks ago ago into our beautiful little house drew in and except the problem that one of our cats ran away, run also nearly all prima.
Only the brothers of last one mile the latter do not create it simply to offer to us ADSL. We have 2 months in advance ordered and now are them since 2 weeks auxiliary, service and useless to look times.

Unfortunately there is no cable system for the Glotze at the residence (actually not necessarily an edge region) also (we have evenly SAT) and a radio hole is the hill also: 73:.
Does someone know still another alternative for a decent Internet connection? We work momentarily with Internet Everywhere of orange (50 kbit/s), which is extremely nervig.
The absolute scorn is to the fact still that the Swisscom an optical waveguide cable put us in the house. Only unfortunately runs somewhere in the Nirvana and probably not in the next 10 years one attaches: eek:.
And in the end still this: The next junction box is approximately 5 km far away! Is that normal?
